Features

A complete papercraft pipeline, in one browser tab.

Load a mesh, size it to the real world, refine the seams, and export files a print shop or cutting machine can use straight away.

Geometry

Multi-format loading
OBJ, STL, 3MF, binary FBX, GLB and glTF are read directly in the browser. ZIP bundles keep related model, material and texture files together.
Planar panel detection
Coplanar triangles are merged into single panels, so a cube unfolds as six squares instead of twelve triangles.
Even chunking
Large surfaces are segmented into compact, similarly sized regions rather than one sprawling patch.
Automatic part splitting
Models too big for a sheet are cut into labeled sub-assemblies (A, B, C) at natural necks.

Sizing

Target dimensions
Type a finished height, width or depth in millimeters or inches; the rest follows proportionally.
Scale bar
A log-scale slider from 20 mm to 2 m with live width × height × depth readouts.
Fit on page
One click scales the build until the largest piece fits inside your margins.
Small-piece warnings
Anything that would print too small to cut cleanly is flagged before you export.
Detail control
A minimum-detail setting merges fine detail away, so dense sculpts behave like low poly models.

Layout & editing

Linked 3D and 2D views
Select a face in either view and its twin highlights in the other.
Exploded model view
A separation slider pulls the pieces apart live so you can read the part breakdown.
Cut, join, rotate, drag
Pepakura-style tools with compatible-edge highlighting when the join tool is armed.
Overlap detection
Self-overlapping or off-page pieces are outlined with a plain-language fix suggestion.

Print output

Glue tabs
Automatic tab placement with adjustable width, per-tab flip and delete.
Fold styles
Mountain and valley folds drawn with independent color, weight and dash style.
Numbered joins
Matching IDs on both halves of every seam, numbered in assembly order.
Full-color printing
Textures and material colors from GLB, glTF, 3MF or a zipped OBJ are printed onto the sheets under the line work, so pieces come off the printer already painted.
Per-material color control
Swap any material for a flat color of your choice, or turn printed color off for plain outlines.

Export formats

PDF

SVG

Vector cut, fold and tab layers ready for Cricut, Silhouette, laser cutters and drag knives.

DXF

LWPOLYLINE and TEXT entities for CAD, CNC and shop-floor software.

Computed on your machine

Flattening runs in your browser, with no upload and no server round-trip.

Saved projects

Pro members can save up to 25 projects to their account, keeping the model, settings and edits together.
